Social bookmarking

Unfortunatly i am unable to comment on which i think is better out of del.icio.us or the bookmarking facility in Windows Live for i have had difficulties signing up with windows live! del.icio.us is a good idea especially for those that spend alot of time on the internet....although i do more problems remembering where the ...'s go as opposed to the address i intitially want to go to.
