Ex-Beatle George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord" and the Chiffons "Hes so fine" have different harmonies, melodies, rhythm and lyrics. The Chiffons have a faster tempo and they both have similar instruments.
Case Study 2:
Lebbeus Woods drawing "The Chair" and Universal Studios film "The 12 Monkeys" definitely feature the same chair. I think Universal studios were unprofessional to copy Woods chair directly and that it was lazy not to use a bit of creativity. Woods went at it with th right approach by getting a bit of cash off the incident.
Case Study 3:
I am unable to discuss Keirs "Oh so criminal" because it would not down load quick enough!
In "Terms of Service" on the Flickr website no. 23 "COPYRIGHTS and COPYRIGHT AGENTS" state that they respect the intellectual property of others and if you know that your work has been copied you are to notify flickr. This makes me think that they are concerned with copyright issues, and follow the copyright act. Therefor i would feel safe uploading an image from the "creative commons" section of flickr.
